Meet Our Leadership Team
Justin Raniszeski is the Chief Executive Officer at JDXpert and previously led the commercial function as Chief Revenue Officer.
Justin has 25+ years of experience scaling high-growth technology businesses. He is an accomplished executive who is uniquely skilled at driving significant and consistent growth in small to midsize SaaS-technology businesses. Justin delivers business value by deploying productive go-to-market teams that rely on a combination of robust lead generation, process rigor, and great people to produce predictable and repeatable results.
Justin received his undergraduate degree in Business from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and resides in Charlotte, NC, with his family.
John is the CFO at JDXpert, bringing over a decade of financial leadership experience across tech and other industries, with a focus on scaling rapidly growing midsized businesses. He began his career as a CPA at Deloitte before moving into finance leadership, where he has overseen accounting, finance, legal, and HR teams. Prior to joining JDXpert, he served as SVP Finance and Interim CFO at an education technology company.
John holds an Executive MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, as well as an M.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC Wilmington. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family.
Phil Carbone is the SVP of Engineering and IT at JDXpert. With 20+ years of diverse experience at Fortune 500 companies and dynamic startups, Phil is deeply committed to crafting impactful, scalable solutions that benefit both the customer and the business.
From Apple and T-Mobile to Chase and Intuit, Phil has empowered organizations to unlock their full potential through forward-thinking technology and collaborative innovation. He has also founded startups and developed training programs that have equipped hundreds of engineers with the skills to thrive in rapidly evolving tech landscapes.
As a devoted husband, proud father of three, and lifelong problem-solver, Phil brings a human-centered approach to leadership, ensuring that technology serves both people and progress.
AJ Naddell leads product strategy and innovation at JDXpert, leveraging his extensive background in software leadership across industries. With a focus on AI and SaaS, AJ has been instrumental in driving product growth at companies like IBM, Imageware, and TECH5. His expertise has resulted in successful product launches and transformative business outcomes.
AJ is known for fostering product excellence, aligning teams for success, and turning complex challenges into growth opportunities. He is committed to enhancing user experience and streamlining product development with innovative approaches.
AJ earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing tennis and pickleball, and is a classically trained trumpeter and orchestra conductor.
Melissa has 14+ years of experience delivering business value through idea-to-scale instructional leadership and facilitation, meticulous project management, and strategic executive-level relationship management within early-stage organizations.
As the Vice President of People at JDXpert, Melissa is responsible for the employee experience. Her passion for building a people-first culture has been the driving force behind her engaging strategies that motivate, support and fulfill team members. In her day-to-day role, Melissa wears multiple hats, ranging from developing hiring plans, coaching and mentoring employees to help them identify and foster their core strengths, working with senior leadership on organizational design to meet and exceed business goals, and managing compliance, performance, benefits, and compensation programs.
Melissa received her undergraduate degree from Queens University of Charlotte and went on to earn an M.B.A from Wake Forest University.
Molly Fitzpatrick is a revenue-driven marketing executive with 14 years of experience spanning demand generation, BDR leadership, and marketing operations for B2B companies across SMB to enterprise segments. Known for aligning marketing strategy to sales outcomes, she brings a strong focus on data, conversion efficiency, and scalable campaigns that drive real business impact. Molly is passionate about building systems that generate consistent, predictable growth – not just metrics that look good on paper.
As the Director of Customer Operations, Erikah leads strategies to optimize customer interactions, streamline processes, and enhance the overall journey.
With 15 years of experience in various operational roles focused on lifecycle management, product adoption, and understanding customer needs, she is dedicated to delivering a seamless experience from start to finish. Erikah collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and equips her teams with the tools to engage in meaningful, value-driven interactions. Passionate about fostering a customer-centric culture, she aims to build customer advocates who cultivate long-lasting relationships.
